Description: The burger was well executed and cooked to perfection, and the chips were also enjoyable. However, at a $35 price point, I expected the portion to be more filling. Dining in the Tavern itself was a pleasant experience, though the contrast between the Tavern area and the main dining room felt somewhat jarring. In my view, the two spaces would benefit from being kept more distinct.

Overall, I would consider ordering the burger again, though likely only on someone else’s tab.

I developed a quality-to-value ratio to help evaluate each burger, and in this case, the burger does not quite meet that benchmark. While the quality is certainly good, the price feels disproportionately high relative to what is being offered. Recognition from the Michelin Guide does carry prestige, but it doesn’t necessarily justify such a steep price point for this particular item.
