The burger was genuinely very good, and overall it left a strong impression. Next time, I would likely order it cooked medium rare to see how it compares. In terms of price relative to quality and flavor, it feels fair and well balanced. The fries, however, were the weakest element of the meal. The house sauce was excellent, with just a subtle touch of sweetness, and the use of grilled red onions was a particularly thoughtful addition. I would have appreciated a pickle on the side, but it’s a minor detail.

The atmosphere reflects a classic bar setting, with regulars who clearly know the bartender and feel at home at the bar. It creates a welcoming, familiar environment. It also seems like a place worth revisiting, especially to explore some of the other burgers on the menu.
